I’m Kaity, a first-generation Asian-American, certified coach, and business consultant. I’m also a dream intuitive, Reiki healer, and guide for those navigating life at the intersection of spirituality and strategy. I help clients realign with their truth and rise into their fullest potential, both in life and in leadership. 

My path has never been linear.

Growing up within the layered dynamics of an immigrant household
(read: eldest daughter energy), I learned early on how to navigate complexity between cultures, expectations, and the quiet call of self. Which meant that I learned how to hold space for others’ emotions, expectations, and complexities long before I learned how to hold it for myself.

I’ve always lived with one foot in two worlds: between logic and intuition, tradition and expansion, corporate strategy and soul work. Despite how my journey has carried me through corporate boardrooms, creative studios, and solo travels across continents, each chapter taught me what it means to be both grounded and free. 

And yet, despite outward success, there were seasons of disconnection where achievement felt hollow and intuition was buried beneath noise. It was through rediscovering alignment, the integration of spirit and strategy, of intuition and intention that I returned to my true presence.

That process of remembrance became the foundation for
